All visits are approximately a half hour in length unless otherwise
noted. We do not charge extra for multiple pets unless additional
time is required to properly care for them.
Initial consultation: (meet and greet) to get to know you and
your precious pets, complete service agreement and pick up key
provided free of charge. (Please provide 2 sets of keys, one for the
sitter and one to keep on file at the office)
Pet Sitting: $22 per visit. (Visits are provided in your home and
are personalized to your pets needs.)
New! Extended Visits: $7.50 per additional 15 minutes. (pet
sitting or dog walking)
Dog Walking: $20 per visit. (Ongoing schedule M-F)
Mileage Charge: A small fee may apply per visit for those
located over 6 miles from our office.
After Hours Charge: Our normal pet sitting hours are 7:00am -
9:00pm. If you would like visits outside of this time frame an
additional $5.00 fee per visit will apply.
Weekend/holiday fee: A $5.00 per visit fee is added to those
visits that fall on the weekend and/or holidays.
Medication/Food pick up: $20 and up. (fee based on distance
and time spent)
Administer medication: Included free with pet sitting/dog
walking visit. If just medication administration is required the
regular pet sitting fee will apply.
Cage Cleaning: $5 each visit in addition to pet sitting fee.
Pet taxi/errands: $25 round trip not to exceed 30 minutes.
Additional time billed at $7.50 per 15 minutes. Additional mileage
charges may apply if traveling outside of local service area.
House Sitting: $22/day (One 30 minute visit per day Includes
mail and newspaper brought in, lights rotated, drapes/blinds drawn,
plants watered to give the home a lived in look.)
Over Nights: $70 (approximately 10 hours overnight) includes
an evening and morning walk, feed and watering, mail and
newspaper brought in and plant watering. This fee is for up to 2
dogs and 2 cats. Additional pets are $5.00 each. Additional charge
of $25 for holidays.
Holidays include: Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve,
Christmas Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter, Memorial
Day and Fourth of July
Returned Check Fee: $25 per incident
Late Booking Fee: $20 for jobs scheduled with less than 4 days
notice. (New clients only to set up paperwork)
Key pick-up/drop-off (for extra trip): $15
Cancellation Policy: We have a 7-day cancellation policy for
overnight pet sitting and vacation visits. Cancellations made 7days
prior to the first scheduled visit are subject to a 50% cancellation
fee. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the first scheduled
visit are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. No refunds will be given
for pet sitting visits scheduled during holiday periods.
For Daily Dog Walking Clients a credit of 100% of the visit fee will be
credited toward the following weeks walks if at least 24 hours notice
is given.
